Bob Davis
Managing General Partner - Highland Capital Partners
Bob is a Managing General Partner at Highland focusing primarily on digital media and the internet and has been with the Firm since 2001. He currently represents Highland on the boards of Bullhorn, Going, Hangout Industries, NameMedia, Paragon Lake, Quattro Wireless and Turbine and previously served on the board of Fastclick (Acquired by VCLK), Quigo (acquired by AOL) and Navic (acquired by MSFT). Bob is the best-selling author of "Speed is Life: Street Smart Lessons from the Front Lines of Business (Currency)." Background Prior to joining Highland, Bob served as the Chief Executive Officer of Terra Lycos (TRLY) formed in October 2000 with the $5.5 billion acquisition of Lycos by Terra Networks of Spain. Previously, Bob was the Founder of Lycos, Inc (LCOS) and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1995 where he led Lycos from a start-up with $2 million in venture capital funding to become the most visited online destination in the world with over 100 million unique visitors. Under his leadership, Lycos jumped from the fastest IPO in Nasdaq history, a mere nine months from inception to offering, to a global media entity and an esteemed member of the Nasdaq 100. Bob has served on the boards of several public and private sector companies including John Hancock (JHFS), Ticketmaster (TCMS), Terra Lycos (TRLY), Lycos (LCOS) and Lycos Europe (LCY). He also serves as a Trustee for Children’s Hospital Trust Board, The Rivers School and also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Boston College Carroll School of Management and the Northeastern University School of Technological Entrepreneurship. Bob has advised former President Clinton on matters relating to internet commerce and regulation and has addressed Congress, The United Nations, The National Press Corps and the U.S. Council of Foreign Relations on similar matters. Michael Hirshland
General Partner - Polaris Venture Partners
Mike Hirshland is a general partner in our Boston office. Mike joined
Polaris in May 1999. He focuses on information technology, internet,
and digital media. Mike's blog is www.vcmike.wordpress.com. Experience: Mike came to Polaris from Intel's Corporate Business Development Group.
Before becoming a technology investor, Mike served as counsel to Senate
Judiciary Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch, where he conceived and
supervised the Senate's hearings on "Competition, Innovation and Public
Policy in the Digital Age." In this capacity, Mike spent over a year
working closely with a significant number of prominent hi-tech CEOs,
entrepreneurs, investors, and technology visionaries. Before joining
the committee, Mike practiced with the law firm Williams &
Connolly, and clerked for Justice Anthony Kennedy at the U.S. Supreme
Court and The Hon. J. Michael Luttig on the Fourth Circuit Court of
Appeals. Prior to his legal career, Mike was a strategy consultant with

earned his AB in history from Harvard College where he played defensive
end on the Crimson's 1987 Ivy League Champion varsity football squad.

Carmen Scarpa
Partner - Tudor Ventures
Carmen joined Tudor Ventures in 1996. Prior to joining Tudor, Carmen worked for Triumph Capital Group, a Boston based private equity firm and completed investments in a variety of industries including communications services, natural food distribution and manufacturing. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Scarpa was with Boston Concessions Group where he worked for the founder on several restructuring transactions. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Scarpa worked as a corporate finance analyst for Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. ("Drexel"), working on debt and equity offerings totaling more than $750 million across a wide variety of industries including gaming, medical product devices, retail and pulp and paper. Carmen focuses on internet related businesses, software, and business services. He has led or co-led Tudor's investments in a number of companies, including Art Technology Group (NASDAQ: ARTG), Captura Software (acquired by Concur Technologies - NASDAQ: CNQR), Chordiant Software (NASDAQ: CHRD), GAIN Capital, Global Cash Access, Managed Storage International, MediaBridge (NASDAQ: ENGA), Recruitmax (acquired by Taleo Corporation - NASDAQ: TLEO), Shoebuy (IAC/InterActive Corp. - NASDAQ: IACI), Batanga, and TractManager. Carmen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Batanga, Inc., Incentra Solutions, Inc., Tract Manager, Inc., Turbine, Inc., Velocity Technology, Inc., and Wimba, Inc. Carmen is a graduate of Harvard College, with a degree in Economics, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Patterson
Partner - Columbia Capital
Jeff joined Columbia Capital in 1996 and focuses primarily on media
and communication services investments. Jeff is currently a member
of the Board of Directors of Baja Broadband, Hoak Media, Legendary
Pictures, Rapid Communications, Ripe Digital Entertainment, SiTV,
and Turbine and is actively involved with NuVox Communications and
The Tennis Channel. He previously served on the Board of Directors
of Taqua (acquired by Tekelec) and has worked closely with a number
of former Columbia portfolio companies including Call Technologies
(acquired by 3Com), Digital Television Services (acquired by
Pegasus Communications), DSL.net (NASDAQ: DSLN), and XM Satellite
Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR). Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Jeff
worked at First National Bank of Boston in the Media &
Communications team in Boston and in the European Cable &
Telephony team in London. Jeff received his B.A. from Bowdoin
College and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University.
Brian Fargo
CEO - InXile Entertainment
One of the most successful entrepreneurs in the software publishing
industry, Brian Fargo has been behind some of the greatest game
franchises of all time including The Bard's Tale, Wasteland,
Descent, Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Sacrifice, Icewindale, Star Trek
and Battle Chess. Founding Interplay Entertainment Corp in 1983,
Fargo expanded the company dramatically by first entering a
partnership arrangement with then Universal/MCA and later taking
Interplay public in 1998. In addition to Interplay, Fargo formed an on-line entertainment
company with Japan's Softbank in 1996 and sat on the board of
Virgin Europe after it was acquired by Interplay in 1998. Sought
after for his experience and insight, Fargo has served on the board
of the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) and has
given key speeches at leading industry events such as E3, Global
Gaming Forum and the Game Developers Conference. Fargo's current passion is the innovative game development company
inXile entertainment, based in Newport Beach, California, which he
formed in October 2002. In addition, Fargo also sits on the board
of Turbine Entertainment, one of the leading MMOG game creators in
the world.

Hany Nada
Managing Partner - GGV Capital
Hany Nada co-founded GGV Capital in 2000. His focus is on
Internet, Mobile, Application Software, and Enterprise
Infrastructure. He was previously with Piper Jaffray as a
Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst specializing in
Internet software and e-Infrastructure. Hany was an All-Star analyst in computer software and was named
in Institutional Investor All-Star in three categories. He was
involved in many transactions, including initial public
offerings, secondary offerings, mergers & acquisitions,
private placements and venture rounds. Hany's responsibilities include IT investment activities, deal
sourcing, investment due diligence, and Board directorships. GGV
investments include: BlueCasa Communications, Glu Mobile, Xfire,
Kintana, OneWave Technologies, Accruent, Turbine, Inc., Vocera
Communications, and Endeca Technologies. Hany is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he earned
a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in political science.
