The following terms and conditions apply to Dungeons and Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Standard and Base Digital Expansion Offers (each the “Expansion”)
The Expansion - Standard and Base Editions
Standard Edition: The Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Standard Edition includes: the Digital version of the Dungeons & Dragons Online (“DDO” or the “Game”): Menace of the Underdark™ Expansion with 3 Forgotten Realms Adventure Packs, Epic Destinies, Druid Class, and the Eveningstar Challenge Pack.
Base Edition: The Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Base Edition includes: the Digital version of the Dungeons & Dragons Online (“DDO” or the “Game”): Menace of the Underdark™ Expansion with 3 Forgotten Realms Adventure Packs, and Epic Destinies.
Upon purchase of the Expansion you will need to enter the applicable product code into your Turbine billing account at https://myaccount.turbine.com.
The offer price of each edition of the Expansion is as set out at $49.99 and $29.99, respectively.
Please note that the Game is available for free download online.
Applicable Terms
Following the purchase of the Expansion, the Expansion will automatically install when logging into the Game for the first time following the commercial release of the expansion.
The regular price of the Menace of the Underdark Standard and Base Digital Editions when they are commercially released are anticipated to be $49.99, and $29.99 respectively.
In order to play the game, Purchasers will need to create an account at https://myaccount.turbine.com and redeem the product key that they will receive when purchasing.
Purchasers will be charged for the Standard or Base Edition upon purchase.
Game-play requires Internet connection. Players are responsible for their own telecommunications charges. Any fees for premium items or new areas within the Game will be clearly displayed at www.ddo.com. Players’ personal computers must meet certain minimum system requirements to play the Game; however, the recommended system requirements are advised for better performance. System requirements may change from time to time.
Access to the Game is required in order to use Dungeons and Dragons Online™:Menace of the Underdark™ Expansion. Acceptance of the applicable end user license agreement and terms of service located at ddo.com/underdark (the “General Terms”) is required for access to the Game. These terms and conditions supplement the General Terms.
Turbine Points are only for use within Dungeons and Dragons Online™ in-game store and have no cash value.
By purchasing Dungeons and Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Standard Edition or Dungeons and Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Base Edition, you hereby agree to the foregoing terms and conditions (which may be modified or updated from time to time on www.ddo.com) and the General Terms.
Purchasers will be charged for the Expansion Offers purchase plus applicable sales taxes immediately upon purchase. [Note For residents of Texas and Washington: Turbine will automatically apply the maximum sales tax rate applicable to any resident of your state for your Expansion purchase]. Even if you reside in a county or municipality with a lower sales tax rate, you will be charged as if you reside in the county or municipality with the highest sales tax rate in your state.
The purchase of Dungeons and Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Standard Edition or Dungeons and Dragons Online™:Menace of the Underdark™ Base Edition, including state and local sales taxes, is non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.
